You all know, I'm sure, that Resli loves her drama. So we enrolled her this summer in drama classes through the Gainesville Association for the Creative Arts. Every Tuesday and Thursday for a month she and her classmates got together and spent 30 minutes creating a mini-play for that day - characters, costumes, scenery, etc.
This past week was the last class, so we all went to see the performance. It involved Resli as Alice, Indiana Jones, a teddy bear... The rest of the plot escaped me, but it was clear they were enjoying themselves.
Everyone took a big bow at the end.
And Resli took an exuberant leap!
It was overall a good experience for her, I think.
