An armchair made for two

It's still our favorite way to hang out and watch TV - snuggled next to each other.

How long do you think we'll be able to do this before we get too big?

¡Adiós, tooth #4!

Resli lost her fourth tooth today!

Now her bottom front four teeth have all come out. The two in the middle you see there are her adult teeth already coming in. (They are what actually pushed out the two side ones.) As Resli herself said, "This gives me my own big girl smile!"

Sunny spring Saturday

We've had an unusually cold winter this year, which has kept spring pretty slow in coming. But today was just gorgeous out, and we spent a lot of time in our yard doing various things. Daddy tried to put us to work picking up branches but we were more interested in sweeping.

Then after we discovered the azaleas though, they were our primary focus. We picked a few.

We each got one!

And there's always time for sister hugs!

Don't tell Daddy...

... what Mami let us do while she was getting breakfast ready this morning!

She needed the company since Daddy's away again, and we enjoyed helping her.

But shhh, don't tell Daddy, because Mami doesn't allow him to sit us on the counter!

Nature Adventure

Yesterday we had some beautiful spring like weather around here, so we all packed up some lunch and went to the park for what Resli calls a "nature adventure." We love this park, there are all kinds of things to do and see.
Like these great big thrones to sit on together.

And lots of trails to explore.

Our favorite part may be the little jungle gym area though.

And the slide, we love the slide!

Let's hope this beautiful weather continues (she writes, as the sky darkens and the thunder rumbles...)

Playing in the leaves

It's springtime here in North Central Florida, and that means the leaves are all falling off the trees. (Yep, we do it backwards here!) Resli and Lela decided it would be a good idea to play in them. It ended up being lots of fun.
